What can I do if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

For easy refunds and replacements, return the product to the point of purchase with your original register receipt.

Do you test on animals?

Our finished product is not tested on animals.    

Do your products contain gluten?

Yes

Is this safe to use on color treated hair?

Yes this product can be used on color treated hair.

Do your conditioners contain Silicones?

No our conditioners do not have silicones.

Are any of your products hypoallergenic?

HRB Brands as a company does not make claims that their products are hypoallergenic

What is the PH value of your shampoo's?

All of our VO5 shampoos fall into a PH range of 4.5-6.5 with a target of 5.5

Is there any alcohol in any of the ingredients in the VO5 2 in 1 Moisturizing Shampoo?

No

Do any of your products contain added Oats, Rye or Barley?

No

Do any of your products contain added wheat and/or spelt?

Hot Oil Treatments and VO5 Aerosol Hairspray-Extra Body all do

Does your glycerin come from plants or animals ?

The Glycerin is plant derived.

Are your products septic safe?

Our products will not harm septic tanks.

What is the density of this?

The density is between 0.99-1.05.

Are your products safe to use on keratin-treated hair?

Yes
